- Floor plans with room names and dimensions
- Elevations and wall sections
- Project address (for climate data and local code)
- Window and door schedule (U-factor and SHGC if known)
- Insulation R-values: ceiling/attic, walls, floor, slab edge
- Planned HVAC equipment (brand/model or tonnage and efficiency), if selected
- Number of systems and any zoning
- Duct location (attic, conditioned space, crawlspace)
REScheck
- Architectural plans: floor plans, elevations, wall sections
- Project address and the energy code year your jurisdiction enforces
- Insulation R-values: ceiling/attic, walls, floor, slab edge
- Window and door schedule with U-factor and SHGC
- HVAC equipment efficiency (SEER2, HSPF2 or AFUE)
- Water heater type and efficiency
- Duct location and insulation R-value
COMcheck
- Full architectural set with wall, roof and floor assemblies
- Door and window schedule with NFRC U-factor, SHGC and VT
- Building use and space types, with conditioned area
- Interior lighting plan and fixture schedule with wattages
- Exterior lighting plan and fixture schedule
- Mechanical equipment schedules and specs
- Water heater specs
- Project address, jurisdiction and code year (IECC or ASHRAE 90.1)
- Owner and design professional names for signatures
How to send it
Email PDF plans to info@hvacreport.net with your project address in the subject line. Large files can be shared with a Google Drive or Dropbox link.
