Are your reports accepted by my building department?

Our reports are prepared to ACCA Manual J, S and D standards and the energy code your jurisdiction enforces. We work with permit offices across the U.S. If your jurisdiction has special forms or requirements, include them with your plans.

Are revisions included?

One round of revisions is included with every report. Additional revisions caused by plan changes are $50 each.

Do you stamp or sign as a professional engineer?

No. We prepare the reports and calculations. Where a jurisdiction requires a design professional’s signature or seal, your project’s design professional reviews and signs.

How do I pay?

We send an invoice when your report is delivered. Payment terms and accepted payment methods are listed on the invoice.
