• Floor plans with room names and dimensions
• Elevations and wall sections
• Project address (for climate data and local code)
• Window and door schedule (U-factor and SHGC if known)
• Insulation R-values: ceiling/attic, walls, floor, slab edge
• Planned HVAC equipment (brand/model or tonnage and efficiency), if selected
• Number of systems and any zoning
• Duct location (attic, conditioned space, crawlspace)

REScheck

• Architectural plans: floor plans, elevations, wall sections
• Project address and the energy code year your jurisdiction enforces
• Insulation R-values: ceiling/attic, walls, floor, slab edge
• Window and door schedule with U-factor and SHGC
• HVAC equipment efficiency (SEER2, HSPF2 or AFUE)
• Water heater type and efficiency
• Duct location and insulation R-value

COMcheck

• Full architectural set with wall, roof and floor assemblies
• Door and window schedule with NFRC U-factor, SHGC and VT
• Building use and space types, with conditioned area
• Interior lighting plan and fixture schedule with wattages
• Exterior lighting plan and fixture schedule
• Mechanical equipment schedules and specs
• Water heater specs
• Project address, jurisdiction and code year (IECC or ASHRAE 90.1)
• Owner and design professional names for signatures

Email PDF plans to info@hvacreport.net with your project address in the subject line. Large files can be shared with a Google Drive or Dropbox link.
